While Pittsburgh is a notoriously difficult city to drive in, Lawrenceville is easy! We offer off-street parking for 2 vehicles in your private garage, but once here, you can easily walk to Butler St., or jump on some scooters and go for a ride!View More

We had a great stay in Pittsburgh at Chad’s. There were many restaurants and bars we could walk to and the strip was a <10 min drive away and downtown only 12-15 mins away. We had 8 adults staying with us and each couple had a private space. Check-in was easy and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the coffee set-up with fresh beans and a grinder, as well as a French press.
Plenty of bathrooms and showers, though there were no showers in the basement or first floor, so those staying in the basement had to come up to the 3rd floor and into another persons room to shower. The basement was also extremely cold and the top floor would get very warm.
There was a 2 car garage out back, but we were only able to fit one car. The steps up to the house from the garage also got very icy. Street parking in front of the house was easy to find though.
Overall, the place was great, the listing was accurate, and it was a good spot for our weekend in Pittsburgh! Ashley

This is one of, if not thee nicest home I’ve stayed at in Pgh. It was so clean, so spacious and very well decorated. Check-in was seamless and the house is close but just far enough from everything happening on the main drag. Chad was very responsive but we really didn’t need to reach out much as everything (besides firewood) is there! Thank you so much for hosting us, we’ll definately be staying again! House was spotless with ample space in a fantastic neighborhood. The house was great… our only issue was that we didn’t know that the house was managed by a Management Company and when we called for assistance, a call center was whom we were communicating with…… not knowing nor having an understanding of the situation… made our intital experience, pretty frustrating, due to internet situation and a few other details. However, once Chad made contact with me… he was able to get the issues resolved; we have not rented with a host who utilizes a call center and understanding that before hand, would have been helpful.
