Our home is fully furnished (and fully stocked) and perfect for small or large groups. We live here (when you're not) so everything you could want and then some is here!
Relax in front of the 120" movie theater room or cozy up next to the fireplace! Outdoors, we have seating for 8+ people around a gas fire pit that's surrounded by aspens and pines. There's a smoker pellet grill on the deck, or cook in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Mix a cocktail and head up to the rooftop for a 360 degree view of the city and mountains!

➤ Denver requires all Airbnb properties to be primary residences, and mine is no exception. While there's plenty of room in the fridge, there are condiments, hot sauce, likely "house" beer, etc. The closets have our shoes, hats, etc. It's a welcoming space, but it's not an empty vacation home!
The whole house is yours to roam, from the rooftop deck to the finished lower level.

Bordering Jefferson Park, LoHi, and Sloan's Lake, the neighborhood is a hotspot of growth. There are >20 bars & restaurants within a 5 minute walk and >100 within a 15 minute walk. Walk to >10 breweries within 15 minutes, or take your pick from local dispensaries.
Getting to the mountains or downtown is incredibly easy due to the proximity of Speer, 25, and 6th Ave., and you're only a mile from Mile High Stadium.
The area is a mixed community with lots of new builds and some older homes, giving the area a very nice vibe. Very safe to walk around day or night.
Uber and Lyft are incredibly easy to use and highly recommended. Uber to Union Station, downtown, or the heart of LoHi is 5 minutes or less- and cheaper than parking!
We also love to use Lyft or Lime scooters and can get to restaurants, bars and breweries within minutes. There's plenty to walk to as well, but if you have a car the parking is right out front and completely free.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and this was a great one. The house was the perfect space for my family to share a very special weekend together. We had to extend our stay last minute and Chad was very communicative easy to work with! This was probably the most fully furnished and loaded with amenities AirBnb we've used. Kitchen was UHmazing for people who like to cook. I was jealous and thrilled with the variety and availability of spices, utensils, etc. It was perfect too for our large crew - cozy vibe but at the same time lots of space for people to watch different shows, play board games, eat. Well located too for groceries and restaurants and not that far from other Denver area attractions. All questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. We'd definitely book here again if we have the larger brood in tow. Great location in a safe neighborhood. Easy Uber to downtown or any of the stadiums. Lindsay

This is a spacious and comfortable home, very well located in a safe and convenient area of Denver. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week, enjoying all the amenities of this home. Highly recommended.
