PROPERTY LAYOUT
This is a true "walk in & say wow" home! The entrance to our beautiful, custom-designed home is in the back of the home on the patio. Once entering, you arrive in the kitchen area - the first thing you'll notice is the calming colors used throughout, along with the natural hardwood ceiling. Through the kitchen is our spacious, gorgeous living room, with the TV, sound bar, and cozy couch. Under the stairs is the entrance to the lowest floor area, with a full bathroom & private office.
Heading upstairs to the second floor, you'll find the king bedroom to the right, and to the left there is a large nook with another work from home area as well as a makeup station. Further back down a small hallway, is the large, beautiful bathroom, containing the soaker tub + walk-in shower.
Taking the stairs to the third floor, you'll find the two queen bedrooms as well as the final "Jack & Jill" bathroom.
Our entire property is at your disposal, with the exception of a locked housekeeping closet.

You name it, Lawrenceville has it! You're 1.5 blocks from Butler Street in the heart of Central Lawrenceville, with tons of bars & restaurants within a short walk. Voted top 10 most hipster town in the US! Great restaurants and bars everywhere, 20+ breweries, shopping, awesome vintage bowling, parks, and more!
Uber / Lyft are your best bet. Pittsburgh is one of the hardest cities to drive in, but if you do bring a vehicle, we have off-street parking.

Very nice, convenient and clean I was born and raised in Pittsburgh and stay in Lawrenceville often. On this stay, I had an unexpected situation that required me to adjust my check-in plans, but my request for flexibility wasn’t accommodated as I had hoped. The response felt more focused on policy than on addressing my situation, which made the experience feel less supportive than I’ve come to expect from Airbnb. I was disappointed by how my concerns were handled, particularly given the personal nature of my visit.
The property itself was good, and the first floor and kitchen are great. However, one challenge occurred with the parking space. It is much tighter than expected, and I’d advise guests to pay attention to their own experience. A small or midsize vehicle should be fine, but larger vehicles may have difficulty. I scratched my rims trying to park, so a more detailed description of the parking situation, including dimensions, would be helpful. Additionally, street parking can be quite far away. Great stay, awesome location, parking tricky for a big car but overall 5 stars Chads place was great! Would highly recommend!
