You name it, Lawrenceville has it! You're right on Butler Street in the heart of lower Lawrenceville, with at least 20 bars & restaurants within a short walk. Lawrenceville is walking or short driving distance to 20+ breweries, shopping, awesome vintage bowling, pinball arcade, dog ice cream parlor, parks, and more! It's one of the most desirable places to live, play, and stay in Pittsburgh.
Uber / Lyft are your best bet, or take a scooter! Pittsburgh has been voted as one of the hardest cities to drive around in. Lawrenceville is comparatively easy, but as an older neighborhood, there are lots of narrow streets, one-ways, and more to keep you on your toes. If you do drive, there's usually plenty of parking within a block or two, often right out front.
This apartment is on the 3rd floor. They are wide, easy to navigate stairs, but not recommended for people with mobility issues.View More

Excellent apartment right in Lawrenceville! Easy walking to many restaurants and shops. Parking spot was very nice to have. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Hosts were very communicative and helpful! I used the free laundry in the basement, no issues.
On weekend nights, you can hear the music thumping from the bar across the street, but it’s not too bad if you’re used to a city apartment. Once you close the blinds/curtains and door, the street noise dies down a bit. If you need absolute dead quiet to sleep then this won’t be the right place for you as you can hear occasional street and train noise. Also, no elevator so you have to go up a couple of flights of stairs. None of this was a problem for us, just wanted to give others a heads up.
Overall this apartment was a great find with clean rooms and amenities in a central location. I would 100% stay at this property or any of the hosts’ other properties again. Great place, great location. Really nice. Convenient place to stay in Lawrenceville! Christina

As described but could use some upgrades and nicer amenities. Overall I didn’t feel this price was worth it compared to the other options in the area.
