PROPERTY LAYOUT
Our new construction condo is a bottom floor, end unit - it makes for a quiet stay, with no steps to deal with! Most of our guests enter through the garage - this door opens into the kitchen. To the left there is the dining area, laundry, and spacious living room. Out the sliding glass door in the living room, you'll find the hot tub, patio, and grill.
If you turn right from the kitchen, you'll have your first bedroom on the left, which has the queen + bunk bed. On the right, across from the bedroom, you'll find the hall bathroom with tub. Continuing down to the end of the hall, you come to the primary bedroom; this room features the king bed, and also has a door to the second patio. The bedroom also features a private bathroom with a large shower.
Our condo is definitely a home away from home - it was purchased as our ski home, where we can come to enjoy the mountains with our friends and family. Because of that, it's well stocked for us, and for you, our valued guests!
Our entire home is accessible, from the heated garage to the back patio + private hot tub, and everywhere in between.

Our stay here was amazing and could not have asked for a more well kept and accommodating space. I would highly recommend to others as I believe it will exceed your expectations. I could tell Chad treats this property like his own home. The place was perfectly clean and looked brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed for great home cooked meals, all the utensils, pots and pans were clean and new, and Chad provided great online info for us to find local restaurants and more. It was a wonderful weekend for me and my daughter and I to reconnect and do what we love most - goofing off, skiing fresh powder and black diamonds, cooking and having meals together, hot tubbing and binge watching our favorite shows. The heated garage was the icing on the cake - we could leave our boots and gear out there and everything (including the car) was nice and toasty in the morning when we headed out to the mountain. Thanks again for a great weekend! Highly recommend! Phillip

The place is as advertised. We had an issue with the hot tub but Chad and team communicated well and fixed it the next day. No complaints. Would recommend.
