I enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay again! The place was quiet, comfortable, and well-located--easy to get downtown, to the Strip District, and to the North Shore (e.g. PNC Park) via car and bus. It also had easy access to running trails.
The unit itself is small--IMO, it would have been feasible but tight to share with another person. The outdoor area is nice, and I would definitely have spent more time out there if the weather was better.
Parking was as easy as advertised; there was always a spot available nearby. One note on this: The second Tuesday of each month is street sweeping, during which you'll need to move your car to another block.
