CLEANING PROCEDURES:
Now more than ever it is important to stay in a professionally cleaned space. We don't "outsource" our cleaning - our cleaners are professionally trained with a passion for what they do! Our team follows an industry-leading cleaning checklist, and our Operations team executes randomized inspections to ensure our standards are met.
DETAILED FEATURES:
➤ 3 BR / 2BA ~1,700 sq ft apartment on the 3rd & 4th floor of a four-story building; four apartments in the building are connected via a shared staircase, but no other areas are shared other than a common laundry area in the basement
➤ Building Layout: Apartment 4 is in the top of the building, with no units above.
➤ Entrance: The entrance of the building is on East Ohio St., and 2 flights of stairs are required to access our place. It's not suitable for people with limited mobility, or those with tons of luggage (unless you're used to carrying your stuff!)
➤ Sleeps 6
➣ Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed with private full bath on 3rd floor
➣ Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed on the 4th floor (back of building)
➣ Bedroom 3 - 1 1 queen bed on the 4th floor (front of building)
➣ Couch on 4th floor can sleep 1 (no additional linens / pillows for this, though)
➤ Parking: Two visitor parking passes are available for street parking. The North Side is otherwise resident permit only, but we can provide you two FREE visitor passes for the duration of your stay.
➣ The front entrance of the building is metered; guests will need to walk one or two blocks once parked.
➤ Bathrooms: two full bathroom - one with shower, one with clawfoot tub / shower combo
➣ Includes blow dryer, plush cotton towels, premium toiletries, etc.

Our place is on the third & fourth floors of a four story building (we own the whole building). The hallways are public, but our apartment is at the very top, which provides lots of privacy!

Deutschtown, part of Pittsburgh's Northside, is the Brooklyn of Pittsburgh. It's the most racially and economically diverse neighborhood in town, with an array of things to offer: breweries, great restaurants, a huge city park, and more. On top of that, we're within walking/biking distance to the Strip District, Downtown, PNC Park, and Heinz Field.
Note that while our area is safe, it's very diverse, with wealthy, middle class, and homeless alike. Guests uncomfortable with an urban environment should reconsider. Our overall reviews should speak for themselves, however!
Our space provides easy access to I-279, is right on the bus line, and is walkable/bikable to just about anything you'd want to do in or around downtown.
Our apartment is located on the 3rd & 4th floors of a historic building. Since there are stairs, we don't recommend our place for any guests with mobility issues.
Also note that our place is in the middle of an ethnically & economically diverse urban environment on East Ohio St. It's a safe area, but people uncomfortable with urban areas should consider other options.View More

We had a great stay at Stephanie’s place. It was exactly what we booked. It was a very easy check in and check out process! Her place was very clean and fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Was plenty of room for all of us! Would definitely be back if we’re in the area again. Thank you!!!! Very fun stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. STAIRS ARE STEEP! We knew that when we booked, and would book again. But the stairs are steep and be ready for them. Would highly recommend if you are good with steep stairs. Hosts were beyond friendly, helpful and more important, very kind. Beautiful place to stay. The coffee options were top notch. Nicole
