We were so happy with this property. It was every bit as tasteful and beautiful as it appears in the pictures, and the little touches were so impressive (easy check-in, bath products in the showers, super easy instructions and access to WiFi, great coffee makers, coffee and tea, modern kitchen appliances, updated bathrooms, and extremely comfy bed mattresses). The rooftop terrace also has really nice views. The host was very accessible, friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property, especially for a large group!! Chad was an outstanding Host. Very responsive and accommodated us to the extent that he could each and every time. The property is truly extraordinary. High end finishes throughout. Plenty of living space, on suite bathrooms for each bedroom, fully stocked kitchen (appreciate the coffee beans and grinder!), roof top couches and chairs which we took advantage of due the beautiful weather we had. This property checked all the boxes for our out of town family wedding and kept us all together which a hotel wouldn't be able to accomplish. It was also a plus to have access to the private garages for our vehicles. Although street parking wasn't, generally, an issue - the private garage did come in handy. It's all in the detail and the property most definitely has accomplished that. Plenty of USB ports, a blue tooth speaker, roll away cots and cribs (if needed), a thorough Welcome Binder of information. So yes - you do have to pay up a bit to stay here but it was worth it! We had a great experience here! Chad was a rockstar. He was a great communicator throughout our stay and really made our trip to Pittsburgh a blast. The house is spot on to the pictures and perfect for a large group. 10/10 would recommend this house and working with Chad. Excellent setup for large families. 2 separate attached homes allowed for older adults on one side and younger adults on the other. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great experience!!

Key Ts & Cs (but not limited to) are listed below.
1. Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only; PLEASE no butts on the ground. A minimum $3,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.
2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of five (5) up to a maximum of 25 persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. Hosts do not inspect child amenities between stays, and any injuries resulting from their use are 100% guest-related.
5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.
6. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out, other than starting the dishwasher. However, we also don't expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.
